Commercial License, Pro plugins

1. Grant of license

Upon payment at bellforge.pl, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Pro plugin on Minecraft servers they administer. License is bound to the purchaser's email.

2. Restrictions

• No resale, public sharing, or publication of Pro files;
• No transfer to third parties;
• No decompilation to create a competing product;
• No license transfer without written consent from the Seller.

3. Updates

Pro licenses include updates while Daniel Jakobsze maintains the product. No guaranteed support schedule.

4. Free versions

Free plugins are under open-source / free terms per GitHub. This license applies to Pro only.

5. Governing law

Republic of Poland.
