Bell Forge Shop Terms

1. General

These terms govern the purchase of Minecraft plugin licenses (Pro) offered via bellforge.pl.

Seller: Daniel Jakobsze, operating as unregistered business activity under Art. 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs Law.

2. Products

• Free and Pro versions are available.
• Free versions are distributed at no charge via bellforge.pl, GitHub Releases, or CurseForge.
• Pro versions require a purchased license.
• Products are delivered digitally only.

3. Prices and payments

• Prices on the Polish site are in PLN; on the English site, in EUR (gross).
• Payments: PayByLink (BLIK, instant bank transfer) and PayPal.
• PayByLink: license activated automatically after payment confirmation.
• PayPal (PayPal.Me): license activated after manual payment verification by the Seller (usually within 24 h).

4. Delivery

• After license activation you receive an email and access via /en/konto.
• Email download link: valid 72 hours, up to 10 downloads.
• Re-downloads via the account panel within the download limit.

5. License

Details: Commercial license. Non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual use on servers you administer; no redistribution or resale of Pro files.

6. Updates

Pro licenses include updates while the Seller maintains the product. No guaranteed support schedule.

7. Right of withdrawal

Digital content delivered without physical media. Before purchase, consumers consent to immediate delivery and loss of the 14-day withdrawal right (shop checkbox).
